To register and maintain an account on mae888, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be the individual named on the account. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

mae888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

When registering on mae888, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account — regardless of whether it was conducted by you — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify mae888 support immediately. mae888 is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

As part of our KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, mae888 may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard regulatory compliance requirement and does not constitute a presumption of wrongdoing.

mae888 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. Deposits: Most e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers via FPX typically complete within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited following blockchain confirmation, which ordinarily takes between 15 and 30 minutes.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC review. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. mae888 does not accept third-party payments; deposit and withdrawal accounts must be held in your verified name.

mae888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion details before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×15) of the bonus amount received.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is generally capped at MYR 250–500 (as specified per promotion). Placing bets above this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games generally contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution rates are detailed within each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements met within the validity window stated in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting). Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or other abusive strategies will result in immediate cancellation of bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

mae888 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time, and to decline or withdraw a bonus from any Player at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects abuse or where a Player does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.

All bets placed and games played on mae888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. mae888 covers a wide range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and numerous other sporting events. In-play (live) bets are settled according to official match or event results. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sporting rules published on the Platform.

Live Casino & Slots: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness. Results are final once confirmed by the game system. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, mae888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake to the Player's Account.

mae888 reserves the right to withhold settlement of any bet where it reasonably suspects irregular play, manipulation of sporting events, or exploitation of a systems error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mae888 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain advantage, whether intentionally or not.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account for any purpose.
• Engaging in systematic bonus exploitation or arbitrage wagering designed to remove risk while satisfying wagering requirements.

All content, design, trademarks, logos, software, and game content available on the mae888 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of mae888 or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content available on the Platform without the prior written consent of mae888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mae888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical faults, errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Loss of data or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by applicable law.

mae888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole and absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements, including the minimum age of 21.
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, real-money deposits will be returned after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, provided the Player has met all KYC requirements.
